Job Title: Operation leader cum Driver
Reports To: Operations Manager
What You Will Do
- Driver to cleaning sites every day.
- Help downloading of cleaning equipment, supplies, and tools.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules on time.
- Involve in daily cleaning duties whenever is necessary
- Visit site office for site inspection
- Handle site customer feedback
You Must Have
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (must be able to drive a van).
- At least 2 years of driving experience (especially for delivery or service work).
- Physically able to lift and carry cleaning equipment
- Can read and write in English (to fill in logs, reports, and understand instructions).
- Willing to work early mornings, weekends, or public holidays when needed.
- Clean driving record
- Clear communication with site customer
- To handle and resolve customer complains
- To manage day to day site office scheduling for replacement absence
