Responsibilities:
An operations leader responsible for the efficient planning, automation, process improvements, and performance analysis of key operational functions across Asian teams ensuring service quality at scale
This role works cross-functionally with global stakeholders to translate business needs into effective operational and system solutions, supported by strong data analysis and reporting
Oversee and implement customer service quality assurance standards & operational processes
Push for process simplification, standardization and automation for Operation functions
Monitor operational tasks by developing tools and procedures to streamline work processes in a fast-paced environment
Drive discussions with stakeholders across our global operations to identify potential opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Prepare, analyse, and recommend solutions that address the existing and potential opportunity areas across the organization
Implement and conduct trainings for new processes.
Requirements:
At least 4 Year(s) of working experience with Business process management and improvement
Basic query and data analysis using database platforms, including MS SQL Server
Willingness to learn, with a curious, and data driven mindset
Be highly collaborative as the role will work closely with other department members
Demonstrate high attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and follow-through
Ability to rapidly adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
