About the Role

MEXC Global is seeking a detail-oriented Traffic Operation Intern to support our global traffic team. This fully remote role offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in FinTech and digital operations, with opportunities to engage in end-to-end content review and operational execution. We welcome students passionate about Web3/cryptocurrency or eager to explore the FinTech industry.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct end-to-end review and proofreading of customer-facing content (including emails, official announcements, in-platform notifications, etc.), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and no wording flaws.
Assist with basic configuration work related to traffic operations and support the team in implementing daily operational processes.
Timely report issues encountered during content review and configuration, and maintain detailed work logs and records.
Proactively collaborate with the team and complete other basic supportive tasks assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

Enrolled in a Singaporean undergraduate (Year 3 or above) or graduate program, with no restriction on major (majors in Data Analysis, Management, Information Technology, Marketing are preferred).
Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, with excellent text proofreading skills to quickly identify minor issues in content.
Proficient in Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs), with basic ability to organize work logs.
Proactive work attitude, good cross-team communication awareness, and ability to efficiently complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Basic knowledge of Web3/cryptocurrency industry is a plus; no industry experience is required.
