We're Hiring: Operation Head
I. Overall Strategic Planning
- Develop the overall operational strategy and annual objectives for the brand across major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
- Align brand positioning with market trends to formulate online sales growth strategies, product assortment planning, and promotional calendars.
- Define annual sales budgets, ROI targets, and market share growth plans.
II. Team and Project Management
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams including e-commerce operations, customer service, content, paid media, and design to ensure smooth project execution.
- Establish and implement effective KPI evaluation frameworks to drive team performance and accountability.
- Oversee daily store operations, optimize workflows and resource allocation, and continuously improve operational efficiency.
III. Marketing and Campaign Management
- Plan and oversee online marketing initiatives such as brand campaigns, major promotional events (e.g., 11.11, 12.12), and new product launches.
- Coordinate with platform account managers and official BD teams (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) to secure traffic support and premium exposure placements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define paid advertising strategies (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads), while monitoring conversion performance and ROI.
- Optimize product detail pages, visual assets, and content marketing to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
IV. Data Analysis and Market Insights
- Analyse sales performance, user behaviour, advertising effectiveness, and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights and management reports.
- Leverage data to optimize product selection, pricing, inventory planning, and logistics strategies.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and after-sales feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and service quality.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Strong ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Result-driven, able to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and multitasking skills to juggle multiple e-commerce operations seamlessly.
- Fluency in English and conversational Mandarin is required.
- Experience managing regional or international e-commerce markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia) is a plus.
