Operation Executive

Recruitment: Operation Executive (Freight Forwarding)
Location: Bukit Merah, Central Region

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, overseas agents, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage air, sea, and road freight shipments (import and export), including scheduling and coordination.

. Liaise and coordinate with customers, overseas agents, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

. Prepare and manage shipment documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring high service quality and customer satisfaction.

. Drive operational improvements and foster effective cross-department collaboration

.Assist with ad-hoc requests and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

. GCE O-Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

. Preferably with experience in logistics, shipping, or freight forwarding

. Knowledge of air/sea freight operations, import/export documentation, and customs regulations.

. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

. Responsible with a positive attitude, able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

. Able to start immediately or within short notice.
