Operation Executive

Job Responsibilities:

. Provide and monitor the entire operations through liaising with agents, masters, bunker suppliers, ocean route company, vessel broker &insurer to ensure all shipments run smoothly.

. Maintain operational optimization to add value to maximize profits and minimize losses or costs.

. Prepare all relevant documentary instructions to various counter parties, and assist Chartering Desk to check and verify the information requested.

. Calculate the Freight/Hire and any Laytime/Demurrage/Despatch incurred, work with finance department to check the related payment documents.

. Coordinate the management Department to solve the ship technical Issues.

. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. 1- 3 year of relevant working experience or fresh graduates from Poly or University.

. Proficient in Chinese and English Language.

. Hard working & flexible in work timing as per work requirement.

. Possess good planning and organizing skills.

. Able to work independently and good team player.
