Job Summary

Lead and manage collection operations and projects to optimize receivables recovery while ensuring compliance with service level agreements and company policies. Drive process improvements, oversee staff training and performance, and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead collection management activities to achieve operational targets and maximize recoveries
  • Manage and execute collection projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and operational standards
  • Collaborate with management to plan and implement effective collection policies and strategies
  • Oversee operational processes and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement enhancements to work processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage staff training, deployment, and performance assessments to build a high-performing team
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all operations
  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients to support service excellence
  • Execute ad hoc duties and projects as assigned to meet evolving business needs

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in collection or related operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage stakeholders
  • Proficient presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively
  • Meticulous interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and client rapport
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline or relevant experience
