Job Description

Monitor & manage Site Fault calls.
Attend Site Survey request for Quotations.
Prepare preliminary Project Requirements, Quotations, Project Schedules & Safety Documents - Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures & Method of Statement.
Coordinate Works & Schedules with Sub-contractors & Suppliers.
Coordinate projects between Consultants, Main Con, Managing Agent & End User.
Ensure work complies with MOM, BCA, and other regulatory requirements and help implement Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices on-site.
Prepare Shop drawings, Construction Drawings whenever necessary.
Prepare As-Built Drawings & other Handover Documents.
Prepare Progress Reports, Budget Reports until Project Completion Final BQ & Final Claim.
