Job Description:
1. Collect, consolidate, organize operational data from various teams, and conduct data analysis.
2. Draft and drive the implementation of internal departmental KPI in accordance with the requirements of the General Management Office, and provide regular progress updates.
3. Follow up on and oversee the execution of team's deliverables in line with the department's annual development plan and key initiatives.
4. Coordinate teams to review and update of departmental policies and procedures, and department-wide matters including training, outsourcing, authorization, confidentiality and security, ensuring compliance with branch requirements and consolidating feedback.
5. Assist Management to prepare the department budget, and follow up.
6. Liaise with FTD and OCD divisions to follow-up the requirement progress.
7. Prepare reports, presentations and meeting minutes.
8. Coordinate comprehensive administrative tasks for the department, including inventories, email coordination and team-building activities.
9. Any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or above.
2. 1 year and above related experience.
3. Proficiency in data analysis and operating Microsoft Office tools such as Excel.
4. Good written, verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, to communicate via Chinese business with Chinese speaking customers and head office.
