Job Description

Job Summary

Develop and lead operational processes to optimize resource allocation and vendor management, while providing training and resolving daily operational challenges to support business efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and oversee operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Deliver targeted training and ongoing support to team members to improve operational performance
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve day-to-day operational problems, escalating critical issues to management for timely resolution
  • Manage allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel to maximize resource utilization and meet operational goals
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Execute additional duties as assigned by managers or directors to support organizational objectives

Required competencies and certifications

  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and operational demands
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written forms with team members, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Utilize office software proficiently, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, to support operational activities
  • Apply strong attention to detail while maintaining strategic oversight of operational processes
  • Demonstrate independence and accountability in managing responsibilities
