Job Summary
Develop and lead operational processes to optimize resource allocation and vendor management, while providing training and resolving daily operational challenges to support business efficiency and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Deliver targeted training and ongoing support to team members to improve operational performance
- Identify, analyze, and resolve day-to-day operational problems, escalating critical issues to management for timely resolution
- Manage allocation of equipment, materials, and personnel to maximize resource utilization and meet operational goals
- Build and maintain productive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Execute additional duties as assigned by managers or directors to support organizational objectives

- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and operational demands
- Communicate clearly and professionally in verbal and written forms with team members, stakeholders, and vendors
- Utilize office software proficiently, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, to support operational activities
- Apply strong attention to detail while maintaining strategic oversight of operational processes
- Demonstrate independence and accountability in managing responsibilities
