Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing returned products accordingly.
- Collaborate with technicians and customer service to support and coordinate repair activities.
- Monitor, update, and verify the accuracy of repair status records in the system ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to.
- Proactively communicate with internal teams regarding job progress or potential delays.
- Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts for repairs.
- Work with the warehouse team to manage parts movement and storage.
- Identify complex cases and promptly escalate them to the manager.
- Assist in preparing weekly or monthly reports on RMA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely for RMA processes, ticket management, and product repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of repair statuses, spare part inventories, and ticket processing in the system.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
- 2 years experience in similar function
- Prior experience in electronics products is an added advantage
