As a result of continuous growth of business, we are looking for an experienced Operation Director to join us and play a critical role in shaping our future success.

Job Responsibilities:

Based in Singapore, you will be the key person to enhance our operational efficiency, ensure the highest standards of quality and productivity and drive long-term growth.

The daily responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute the operational strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and vision.
• Translate strategic business initiatives into actionable, quantifiable operational plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, partners, and vendors.
• Analyse internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement, cost reduction, and performance improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment.
• Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Report operational performance, risks, and opportunities to the executive team and board.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be a seasoned operation management professional with:

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• More than 8 years of progressive experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or similar).
• Proven experience in developing and executing operational strategies that have driven business growth.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
