Operation Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Attending/coordinate job(s) in the workshop and onboard.
• Follow through the job process and update additional jobs/costs.
• Attending to job meeting at the shipyard(s)
• Provide sales and customer support
• Communicate with customer/operation team requirements and report activities to salesperson(s)
• Process job/completion reports
• Represent the company, with a comprehensive understanding of job scopes and offerings during meeting with customer(S)

Requirements:

• Min O levels or higher with 1 to 2 years relevant work experience preferred
• Able to work independently and has initiative, good interpersonal communication skills
• Able to multitask and take on new roles as and when assigned
• Work cooperatively with others to achieve target and objectives
• Able to work independently and has initiative, good interpersonal communication skills

Job Description:

• Salary: S$2,000 to S$2,500
• Location: Tuas
