Operation Admin Executive ( Night Shift )
Working Hours : 5pm to 4Am
5 Days / week
Diner Break & Midnight Break ( 2 hours )
Responsibilities:
. Accurately inputting information into databases and spreadsheets
. Responsible to check & print necessary pallet labels of incoming goods
. Receiving & checking of purchased goods
. Checking on outgoing goods quantities before handing over to drivers
. Receiving and sorting incoming Order
. Issuing Credit / Debit Note
. Liaise with various team to fulfil customer's order
. Assist delivery drivers with any discrepancies of wrong items
. Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries
. Providing Timely Update of price list to existing clients
. Filling / Sorting Supplier Invoice in running number
. Coordinate, track, record & ensure stock storage and stock movement within all warehouse using Warehouse
Management System
. Other Ad-hoc job assigned by supervisors and/or managers
Requirements:
1. Proactive & detailed at work
2. Responsible & committed during work activities
3. Ensure timely deliveries
4. Able to multi-task and work as a team
5. Able to start work immediately
6. Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Outlook)
7. At least 1 year or above related working experience in administrative duties
8. Good communication and inter-personal skills
9. 6-days work per week
10. Willing to work night shifts and OT
11. Must be willing to work on Weekend & Public Holiday
