Responsibilities

. Develop business and operational strategies to achieve sales,profitability, and productivity targets

. Identify and develop brand/business projects and partnerships

. Manage and analyse performance metrics, financial reports (KPIs, COGS,labour, EBITDA), and market trends to identify opportunities/mitigate risks

. Drive in-depth initiatives in establishing CHAGEE as a lifestyleoffering

. Provide insights on localised consumer demand, benchmarks, and marketpositioning

. Manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency inproduct quality, service, and store experience

. Responsible for operational excellence initiatives to enhance customersatisfaction and overall brand and store experience

. Champion a people-oriented environment genuine care for teamwell-being, development, and engagement

.Collaborate with corporate to launchnew initiatives and products

Requirements

. Aspiring entrepreneurs

. Prior experience with established F&B brands (e.g., coffee chains,QSR, beverage retail) advantageous

. Excellent leadership skills with demonstrated ability in developingteams and strong employee satisfaction

. Good attention to details and ability to prioritise tasks

.Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
