About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Leader to join our CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) practice in Singapore. In this role, you will lead client programs, advise senior finance leaders, and drive end-to-end finance transformation. You will play a key part in shaping client relationships, developing new opportunities, and ensuring delivery excellence, while also mentoring teams and building the next generation of leaders.
What you will do:
Lead and deliver large-scale finance transformation programs, from strategy through execution.
Partner with CFOs and senior finance executives to design and implement future-ready finance operating models, including Shared Services, Global Business Services, and digital finance solutions.
Oversee finance process re-engineering (OTC, PTP, RTR, FP&A) to improve efficiency, governance, and performance.
Develop and execute finance technology strategies and roadmaps, leveraging ERP and FP&A platforms (SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle Fusion, Workday, Anaplan, Onestream, Tagetik).
Drive value realization and performance improvement by applying digital, analytics, and automation levers.
Support business development efforts, including proposal development, client pitches, and expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
Build and manage senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field MBA or CPA is highly preferred
With at least 8+ years of experience in finance transformation, consulting, or senior finance roles, with proven ability to lead complex engagements.
Deep knowledge of finance operating models, digital transformation, and enterprise performance management.
Strong background in ERP/FP&A platform design and implementation.
Track record of leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering measurable client outcomes.
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (CFO/Finance Directors) with strong influencing and advisory skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
