Position: OpenText Application Analyst/Developer
Job Requirements:
- Overall 5+ years of IT experience in system analysis, design, and development.
- Must : Minimum 3+ years of recent hands-on experience in OpenText AppWorks design,development, and platform support.
- Analyze, design, and document workflows, business rules, case lifecycles, and process flows.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, andtechnical teams to gather and analyze functional and non-functionalrequirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications and solution designs.
- Work closely with development teams to implement user interfaces,business rules, forms, data models, and integrations.
- Perform impact analysis for enhancements and change requests.
- Participate in release planning, version control, and CI/CD processes.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support and troubleshooting.
- Maintain technical documentation, process documentation, and systemdiagrams.
