Job Description:
- Provide onsite support for ITOT & automation systems for Roche's batch
- manufacturing environment.
- Generate and/or update GMP documentation related to technical, operations,
- process and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on Company's format and standards.
- Provide end-user technical support on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist in computer system validation work.
- Assist in the maintenance and administration of ITOT and automation systems.
- Perform commissioning and qualification activities for ITOT and automation
- systems.
- Collaborate with other functional teams / Vendor Support teams as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ITOT and manufacturing automation within a batch manufacturing environment (pharma/biotech experience preferred).
- Strong hands-on experience with automation systems (e.g., SCADA, PLC, DCS, MES).
- Experience in leading automation or ITOT projects end-to-end.
- Solid understanding of system integration, industrial networks, and automation architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, GMP environment).
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing (Industry 4.0).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices in ITOT environments.
