We are seeking a experience onsite technician to join our team. As a onsite Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and troubleshooting our products to ensure optimal performance and functionality. You will have chance to work on a variety of Prism products. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical supportand assistance to customer in resolving hardware and software issue
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, includingmechanical, electrical, and software related problems
- Repair or replace faulty components at customer side
- Maintain detailed of service records, repairs and equipmentinventory
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure asafe working environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressingclient inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members and contractors tocomplete projects and assignments
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/ormanager
Requirements
- Min O-Level or equivalent.Relevant certifications or vocational training is a plus
- Min 2 years experience as a Refrigerator/ CeilingFans/ Television/ Monitor onsite Technician or similar role
- Familiarity with electrical/android systems andtroubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals anddiagrams
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to qualityand safety
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Valid Class 3/3A driver's license or equivalent SGdriving license
