What You'll Do
Onsite IT & Customer Support
- Provide day-to-day technical support for employees in the Singapore office
- Assist with hardware setup, software installation, system login, and troubleshooting
- Handle issues related to video conferencing, printers, and meeting room equipment
- Deliver prompt and friendly assistance to both local and visiting staff
Network & System Support
- Support basic wired and wireless network troubleshooting (e.g., VPN, Wi-Fi connectivity)
- Perform routine system checks and ensure IT infrastructure operates smoothly
- Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access control through company systems
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with the IT support team in China for remote troubleshooting, system updates, and issue escalation
- Participate in IT documentation, reporting, and internal communication on system performance
Asset & Maintenance Management
- Support IT inventory, equipment tagging, and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair or replacement when necessary
Who You Are
- Recent graduate or final-year student from a Polytechnic or NIIC (IT-related) program
- Interested in onsite IT support and customer service
- Basic understanding of networks (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN) and system setups
- Strong communication skills with a helpful and service-oriented attitude
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from hands-on experience
- Comfortable working in a global environment and interacting with teammates in China
- Familiarity with Windows systems and basic hardware troubleshooting preferred
