Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage and optimize digital sales channels, including website, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
- Lead, train, and motivate the online sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and online growth channels.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust sales strategies proactively.
- Handle key client accounts and build strong long-term business relationships.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in online sales, business development, or digital commerce.
- Strong knowledge of online sales platforms, CRM tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
