We're Hiring: Online Marketing Manager | Based in Singapore

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital performance We're seeking an experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead our digital campaigns, drive growth, and elevate our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEM, social, display, email, etc.)
Develop and manage performance marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions
Analyze KPIs and campaign results to generate actionable insights and improve ROI
Manage content calendars, digital assets, and coordinate with creative teams
Oversee SEO/SEM strategies and website performance
Manage budgets across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Work closely with sales, product, and data teams to align marketing with business goals
Requirements:
Based in Singapore with valid work authorization
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
46 years of digital marketing experience, including paid media and performance marketing
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, etc.
Hands-on experience managing digital budgets and agency/vendor relationships
Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills
Bonus Points:
Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
Familiar with CRM systems, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo)
Prior experience in APAC regional marketing
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web tools is a plus
