ONE Dance Artiste

Duties:

1. Plan and execute Outreach and Education programmes

2. Design lesson plan, prepare and perform teaching duties according to Company requirements

3. Choreograph dance items and prepare students for performances and competitions

4. Attend regular meetings and training to improve teaching skills and maintain technical proficiency

5. Give accurate feedback on students progress to schools and parents

6. Be on standby to stand in for assigned staff if they are unable to perform their duty and

7. Perform other Outreach and Education related duties, such as performing and publicity.

For full-time staff, working hours may exceed 44 hours/week during peak periods, and/or you may be required to work on Sundays and Public Holidays due to company events/operational needs.

Qualification:

1. Hold a professional dance diploma/degree under a recognised arts tertiary institution

2. At least two (2) years of teaching experience in Chinese dance

3. Conduct teaching in Mandarin and English when necessary

4. Able to work on weekends and may be subject to irregular work scheduling

5. Good character, including career professionalism and a strong sense of responsibility

6. Good communication skills and eloquence in language.
