Onboarding Specialist - Financial Institution
My client is a leading and growing Financial Services Firm and we are recruiting for an onboarding professional. You will be given the opportunity to support the wider compliance, legal and operations team and work closely with stakeholders in the market.
Responsibilities for this Onboarding Specialist - Financial Institution role
- Handle new account openings, account maintenance, and periodic reviews.
- Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to ensure accurate, complete onboarding.
- Work with Project Managers, vendors, and management to streamline or automate onboarding and meet regulatory requirements.
- Support existing clients with account updates and applications for new exchanges/products.
Requirements for this Onboarding Specialist - Financial Institution role
- 1-3 years of relevant financial services experience
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Law, Risk, Compliance, Banking, or related fields.
- Experience in corporate KYC, onboarding, and periodic reviews.
- Knowledge of FATCA/CRS and ability to perform reasonableness checks.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
- Good time management, communication, and organizational skills.
