The activities of these teams are essential in strengthening the client organisation's internal controls against the backdrop of an environment where cyber, fraud, financial crime and security threats continue to intensify across these increasingly linked domains.
About Wholesale Client Onboarding and Group Financial Crime Operations

Wholesale Client Onboarding (WCOB) aims to onboard their clients, new and existing, as fast as possible with the best client experience possible, continually improving these core benchmarks through centralisation and standardisation of their processes, and strategic investment in their people and technology. Through client data maintenance the client organisation is building out a group wide utility to deliver a consistent view of their clients across all the businesses they interact through, ensuring they hold the correct KYC information for them whilst minimising unnecessary onerous documentation requests.
Overall Purpose of the role
To support APAC WCOB's decision-making processes by providing timely, accurate, and insightful information through designing, developing, and maintaining management reports, presentation decks and dashboards that effectively communicate Service Levels, Performance Measurements and trends across various Onboarding teams.

Work Arrangement - Onsite/Structured hybrid role:
Colleagues who perform onsite roles will spend four or five days a week working onsite, depending on the requirements of their role and business area. Please discuss the working pattern requirements for the role you are applying for with the hiring manager. Please note that as we continue to embed a hybrid working environment, we remain in a test and learn phase, which means that working arrangements may be subject to change on reasonable notice to ensure we meet the needs of the client organisation's business.
