We are looking for highly proactive, responsible and adaptable Onboarding & Operations Executive to join an international team of experts in banking, compliance, and corporate account management to help support our growing operations.
We'll Count on You To:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new international business clients
- Conducting KYC checks, product demonstrations, coordinating technical setups, and providing training to clients on platform usage Process transactions in compliance with procedures
- Monitor ongoing client operations, coordinating with internal and external teams to resolve issues/queries
- Optimizing the payment processing workflow to enhance operational efficiency.
What You Need to Have:
- Be organized with strong level of accuracy and attention to details
- Proposes (creative) solutions to problems and be resourceful
- To work well independently and as a team across different time zones
- Demonstrate growth potential to build this role into a functional team
- Strong client/partner relationship communication skills
- Good English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office and other editing tools with ease of adaptation to other emerging digital technologies
- 1-3 years of experience with a regulated financial institution
- Prior client-facing role represents an advantage
