Your new role
- Provide administrative support, including preparing welcome packs, scanning, and document archiving.
- Process Account Change Requests (maker role) accurately and in line with KYC/CIP policies.
- Conduct Periodic Reviews within required procedures and timelines.
- Perform Enhanced Due Diligence for high-risk accounts, including PEP and adverse news screening.
- Manage recurring review cycles
- Liaise with Sales teams and handle daily BAU queries.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience in the financial services industry.
- Experience in client onboarding, account maintenance/periodic review, or AML/Compliance
