On-site Support Engineer/Technician (Stocker System)

Job Description:

1. Perform daily operation, monitoring, and preventive maintenance of the custom-designed stocker system.

2. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site mechanical and electrical issues promptly, with remote guidance from the technical team when necessary.

3. Document maintenance activities, incident reports, and system performance logs.

4. Assist in system testing, commissioning, and post-launch performance validation.

5. Provide hands-on training to local operators as needed.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in operation and maintenance (O&M) of automated industrial equipment, preferably in semiconductor or logistics automation.

2. Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical systems, with the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

3. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.

4. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with remote teams and provide clear updates to stakeholders.

5. Willingness to work night shifts during critical project phases.

6. Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.

7. Fluent in English and Chinese.
