Role: On Demand Administrator (Minimum 3 Years Experience)
Location:Singapore
Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)
Key Responsibilities
Manage Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) hardware, software, reports, and users
Support EOSA report offloading and mainframe replatform onboarding (CASA, ATM, CPF, Cards, etc.)
Automate repeated tasks using scripts
Manage hardware: object server workstations, library devices, backup/archive storage, client workstations, terminals, printers, network equipment
Install, configure & maintain CMOD and related software
Monitor and maintain DB, cache storage, archive storage
Automate DB and storage housekeeping activities
Define report indexing, storage sets, storage nodes, printers, bundling workflows
Create and maintain application groups, applications, folders, indexes
Define CMOD groups and users
Automate report loading processes using Shell/Python
Manage backup, recovery, and tuning of CMOD systems
Resolve CMOD upstream/downstream server, network, or application issues
Handle CMOD SRs and production incidents
Perform system analysis, create solutions, recommend process improvements
Collaborate effectively to meet team deliverables
Technical Competencies
CMOD, ODF, ERM, ODWEK, CMOD indexing
Shell, Java, PowerShell, NodeJS, Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Python
Databases: Oracle, DB2, MariaDB, MySQL
RESTful APIs
Tools: GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Nexus, SonarQube, Bitbucket
