On Demand Administrator

Key Responsibilities
. Manage Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) hardware, software, reports, and users
. Support EOSA report offloading and mainframe replatform onboarding (CASA, ATM, CPF, Cards, etc.)
. Automate repeated tasks using scripts
. Manage hardware: object server workstations, library devices, backup/archive storage, client workstations, terminals, printers, network equipment
. Install, configure & maintain CMOD and related software
. Monitor and maintain DB, cache storage, archive storage
. Automate DB and storage housekeeping activities
. Define report indexing, storage sets, storage nodes, printers, bundling workflows
. Create and maintain application groups, applications, folders, indexes
. Define CMOD groups and users
. Automate report loading processes using Shell/Python
. Manage backup, recovery, and tuning of CMOD systems
. Resolve CMOD upstream/downstream server, network, or application issues
. Handle CMOD SRs and production incidents
. Perform system analysis, create solutions, recommend process improvements
. Collaborate effectively to meet team deliverables
. Work in mandatory night shifts to support 24x7 production environments

. CMOD, ODF, ERM, ODWEK, CMOD indexing
. Shell, Java, PowerShell, NodeJS, Angular/React, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Python
. Databases: Oracle, DB2, MariaDB, MySQL
. RESTful APIs
. Tools: GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, Nexus, SonarQube, Bitbucket
. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in CMOD .
