Proven experience in OmniStudio and OmniScript development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and development best practices. Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Salesforce certifications related to Omnistudio or Developer track are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Salesforce Flow, Apex, and Visualforce.
Knowledge of industry best practices in customer experience management.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
