Application Developer (Java / Spring)

We are looking for an experienced Application Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise applications. Reporting to the development lead, you will play a key role in delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions while supporting production stability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks
• Design APIs, integrations, and backend solutions for large-scale systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and support L2 teams for incident resolution
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and ensure code quality compliance
• Collaborate with business analysts, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects smoothly

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum 5 years Java development experience (Java 8/11/17, Spring, Struts, REST APIs)
• Strong database skills (eg: SQL, MySQL, PLSQL, Oracle, MariaDB)
• Knowledge of cloud, microservices, and security best practices
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
