Join the PC Dreams Group as an OmniChannel Sustainability Sales Executive and play a crucial role in driving our mission forward. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee all aspects within a specific category.
We seek a passionate individual with a good understanding of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) devices. You will be responsible for managing the sales and acquisition of devices, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sustainability Advocacy and Brand Engagement
2. Sales, Services & Product Advisory
3. Digital & Social Media Sales Operations
Qualifications & experience:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
Experience in retail sales, e-commerce, or customer service, ideally within the consumer electronics sector.
Strong understanding of buyback programs and their role in driving circular economy initiatives.
Knowledge of omnichannel retail operations, including digital commerce and social media engagement.
Ability to communicate with customers in English and Chinese is required due to customer demographic needs.
Ability to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001, maintaining quality standards and data security integrity.
Understanding of local consumer behavior and purchasing trends.
Proficiency in digital tools, such as Excel, Google Sheets, and messaging platforms, for sales operations.
Passion for sustainability and commitment to promoting eco-friendly business practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and partners effectively.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment while delivering exceptional service.
Work Details
Location: 200 Victoria Street, Bugis Junction, Singapore 188021
Work Week: 6 days / week
Work Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Salary
Monthly: $1800 - $3000
