Job Description

⇒ Role Summary

We are looking for a Regional Omni-Retail System Support Analyst to join a Beauty Tech team in Singapore.

This role ensures smooth operation of omni-channel retail systems across 10+ APAC markets by maintaining system integrity, troubleshooting issues, and driving enhancements for a seamless online-to-offline customer experience. You will provide L2 support on omni-retail solutions and integrations, and coordinate with external vendors on development, testing, and implementation.

Ideal candidates have exposure to retail systems, CRM data integration, and omni-channel operational support, with a strong business background (retail/wholesale preferred).

Main Responsibilities

System Maintenance & Support

  • Support omni-retail systems: POS, e-commerce, inventory, CRM
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues to minimize downtime
  • Monitor performance and proactively address disruptions

Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

  • Act as key contact between regional retail teams, local Beauty Tech, and vendors
  • Partner with marketing, operations, and logistics to align systems with business needs
  • Train retail staff on system functions and updates

System Optimization & Enhancements

  • Analyze usage and performance data to identify improvements
  • Participate in design, testing, and deployment of new features
  • Assist in integrating new technologies

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and resolutions
  • Generate reports on performance, user feedback, and KPIs

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail systems support, IT, or related role
  • Understanding of POS, MS SQL, Power BI, Web Services, and Integration architecture
  • Strong functional understanding of retail & wholesale business, POS, and CRM topics
  • Already exposed to Retail / CRM applications (1st experience on retail system support preferable)
  • Excellent spoken & written English; good command of Mandarin (an advantage)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with end users
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate requirements into solutions
  • Curious, pragmatic, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Strong technical skills combined with good business understanding
  • Willing to work in a multi-brand and dynamic organization
  • Willingness to travel to various retail locations within the region
