About the Opportunity

Comm360 is looking for experienced Oil & Gas, Energy and Chemical industry professionals to join us as Industry Ambassadors – Operational Control & Workflow Intelligence.

This is a flexible, freelance opportunity suitable for industry professionals who are currently working, consulting, semi-retired or retired and would like to continue contributing their industry experience and professional relationships without the commitment of a full-time role.

Our Industry Ambassadors help us connect with relevant organisations, understand their operational challenges and identify opportunities where Comm360 Operational Control & Workflow Intelligence can help improve frontline operations, maintenance, inspections, reporting, real-time visibility, safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Comm360 to relevant organisations and industry contacts.
• Help identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities within your professional network.
• Facilitate introductions and initial discussions with relevant decision-makers.
• Share practical industry knowledge and operational insights with the Comm360 team.
• Help us understand existing workflows, pain points and areas where better operational control and digitalisation could create value.
• Participate in selected customer discussions or industry activities where appropriate.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships within the industry.

Note: You are not expected to be a technology salesperson. Comm360 will provide the technology expertise, solution demonstrations, workflow consultation, proposals, pre-sales and post-sales support.

Who We Are Looking For

• Ideally 10+ years of professional experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, Petrochemical or Chemical industries.
• Experience in one or more areas such as operations, production, maintenance, engineering, asset integrity, inspection, HSE, quality, compliance, reliability or operations management.
• An established professional network within the industry and the ability to connect with relevant organisations and decision-makers.
• Good understanding of frontline operational challenges, safety, compliance and operational workflows.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Interest in operational excellence, digital transformation and AI-enabled workflow improvement.
• A desire to continue contributing your knowledge and experience to the industry.

Flexible Engagement

There are no fixed working hours or full-time commitment. You decide how actively you wish to participate based on your availability, existing career, business or personal priorities.

This is a partnership-based opportunity with profit sharing on business successfully developed together, including recurring earnings for as long as the customer relationship continues.
