About the Program

Join our dynamic 12-month Management Trainee Program under Ofi Future Impact Talent Program (ofi FIT) designed to develop future leaders in the cocoa manufacturing industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and curious individual to join our Engineering team as a Management Traineespecializing in Automation. This role offers hands-on exposure to industrial automation systems and provides a structured development path to build technical expertise in PLC/DCS programming, system maintenance, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of site automation systems, including ABB 800xA, Schneider PLC, and Siemens PLC platforms.
• Support PLC programming and HMI design under guidance from senior engineers.
• Participate in troubleshooting and routine maintenance activities to ensure system reliability.
• Contribute to automation implementation tasks for process changes, plant modifications and improvement projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and support project execution.
• Learn and apply compliance and safety standards relevant to automation systems.
• Learn and support the operation of robots in product packing lines.
• Document technical activities and maintain records in accordance with site procedures.
