The Officer, Regulations & Operations provides essential administrative and data management support to ensure smooth operational processes and accurate regulatory record-keeping across the preschool network. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance standards by managing documentation, supporting reporting needs, and assisting the team with timely coordination of operational tasks. The officer also supports communication and procurement activities, contributing to efficient workflows and strong service delivery to internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Data and Record Management

  • Perform basic administrative tasks related to data entry, filing, collation and documentation
  • Responsible for the accurate organisation and maintenance of confidential hardcopy and digital compliance records
  • Assist the team by retrieving necessary reports, data, or documents as required for reporting and audits

Administrative Support

  • Assist with scheduling of meetings
  • Prepare communications to centre leaders via standardised templates
  • Placing bulk orders for standard items required by respective stakeholders

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support
  • Detail oriented and a willingness to learn
  • Good customer service skills and comfortable working with numbers
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, as part of a team
