Organize and store recovered items in designated storage areas systematically.
Coordinate timely item returns and transfers between officers and Control Room.
Log details of lost equipment using appropriate digital tracking systems.
Coordinate with Control Room staff to initiate and follow up on equipment search efforts.
Logistics & Inventory Support
Raise Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using SAP or manual methods, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on purchasing, deliveries, and payment matters.
Monitor monthly inventory levels to ensure adequate availability of essential materials and supplies.
Track deliveries and ensure proper receipt, verification, and documentation of incoming items.
Supervise Equipment Assistants to support daily logistics and inventory operations.
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall operational effectiveness.
Key Requirements
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant work experience will be considered.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.
Both experienced candidates and fresh diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
