[What the role is]
We are looking for a dedicated, meticulous and collaborative individual to join the Leadership Development team. The team is responsible for designing and implementing leadership frameworks and initiatives to support the development of both current and potential leaders. These include talent identification, running of leadership development programmes, supporting staff secondments and overseas postings, as well as collection and analysis of talent-related data to inform leadership development strategies.
[What you will be working on]
You will support the team in several areas, including:
- Provide administrative support for staff secondments and overseas postings, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate the assessment process for scholarship, sponsorship and other staff awards, including scheduling and liaising with relevant stakeholders
- Provide logistical and administrative support for leadership training, mentoring and coaching sessions as well as other leadership development initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of scholarship and secondment agreements, scholar/staff details and related documents
- Follow up on finance and procurement processes such as administering scholarship allowances and payments to vendors
- Support outreach and publicity efforts such as scholarship fairs and events
- Assist in collection of talent-related data, including feedback from leadership training programmes and other development initiatives, and support the preparation of reports and insights

[What we are looking for]
Job Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to relevant portfolios and strong understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels (including management), and external parties.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities with a keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality in maintaining records and documents.
- Able to manage multiple tasks across different workstreams efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Experience with HR systems (particularly Workday) is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with procurement and finance processes, particularly in the Singapore public sector, is a plus.
