Officer, Campus Recruitment to join our
Degree Programmes Department. This is a full-time, permanent contract position based at our Asia Campus in Singapore. A hybrid working model is in place – 3 days on campus, 2 days from home.

About The Job
Reporting to the
Associate Director, Employer Engagement & Recruitment, you will play a critical role in the planning and execution of employer engagement and campus recruitment initiatives across Asia and the Middle East.
You will lead the project management of campus recruitment campaigns, delivered twice annually over three-week periods in Singapore and Abu Dhabi, as well as conferences, forums, symposiums, and employer treks. The role requires close collaboration with employers, recruiters, students, faculty, and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact recruitment and networking events.
Your role within the team
- Project Management: Overseeing all aspects of Recruitment campaigns (including interview scheduling), conferences, forums, and Symposiums from conception to completion, including developing schedules, defining objectives, and setting deadlines.
- Client Relationship Management: for the sectors assigned, serve as primary liaison with recruiters, coordinating engagements, promotions, schedules, event execution, and interview processes. Collaborate with employer engagement team to maintain strong recruiter relationships and meet recruitment objectives.
- Coordination: negotiating with employers, employer engagement team, various internal / external service providers, managing logistics, and supervising CDC team members to ensure quality delivery.
- Communication Management: define and implement the campaigns and events communication and outreach plan including data management, set Up and Roll-out in information systems (e.g.: currently Career Globe/CRM, Signup Genius).
- Budget Management: Monitor budget expenditure for events assigned.
- Risk Management: Anticipate challenges, develop contingency plans, and managing crisis situations to ensure smooth event execution.
- Industry Knowledge: for sectors assigned, stay updated on industry trends, competitor recruitment activities, and sector opportunities.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: for sectors assigned, collect and analyze recruitment data (attendance, applications, Shortlists, offers). Use data insights to enhance future recruitment initiatives.
- Logistics and Operational Excellence: managing logistical planning and execution of the various recruitment formats, ensuring high standards and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations or events management or related field.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in the following: project and event management, talent acquisition, communications and/or client/stakeholders management.
- Proven experience managing complex projects and large-scale events from planning through execution.
- Experience in data collection, reporting, and basic data analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Experience in process design, optimization, and implementation.
- Strong ability to build consensus and foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and cultures.
- Demonstrated understanding of communication planning and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Experience in budget management, risk assessment.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural and cross-cultural environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a strong ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
