Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
You will be responsible for servicing customers via various channels, handling client account matters and managing client caseloads.
The incumbent will be placed into responsibilities according to their past working/relevant experience:
. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely solutions to issues that may arise while onboarding for retail clients.
. Providing advice and assisting business units on onboarding document requirements that needs to be obtained from clients.
. Conduct AML/KYC screening of individuals.
. Process individual account opening, including reactivation of dormant accounts and perform client verification via phone/video call if necessary.
. Receive and process client updates.
. Scan and archive forms/correspondence for new and existing accounts.
. Complete administrative tasks such as collection/opening of letters for onward distribution.
. Assume responsibilities/tasks on adhoc projects and remediations.
. Perform any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
