Job Summary

You will service customers through multiple channels by managing client accounts, performing due diligence, and supporting office operations to ensure efficient client service and compliance.

Responsibilities

Process client account updates and changes accurately to maintain current records
Perform due diligence checks and process account openings for retail clients, including reactivating dormant accounts
Conduct AML/KYC screening on individual clients to ensure regulatory compliance
Enter client data into the in-house system for new and existing accounts with precision
Scan and archive forms and correspondence for client accounts to maintain organized records
Collect and distribute letters and correspondence between departments, including mail handling
Greet visitors and clients at the Front Office and assist them in navigating the office environment
Maintain appointment calendars, collate statistics, and manage visitor registers efficiently
Arrange and receive couriers, liaising with recipients to ensure timely distribution
Take on responsibilities for adhoc projects and remediation tasks as assigned
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience working in the stock-broking industry is an advantage
Minimum GCE O Levels qualification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
Customer-oriented mindset with a pleasant and professional demeanor
