Job Summary:
This role is responsible for front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk: answer calls, welcome visitors and guests
- Arrange business travel when required
- Liaise with vendors and building management ensure timely invoice processing and payments
- Maintain office facilities, meeting rooms, and cleanliness standards
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle courier services, mail, and deliveries
- Monitor and arrange servicing of office equipment
- Support basic IT administrative tasks (e.g., server room access)
- Support company events and engagement activities
- Assist Directors with travel, expense claims, and scheduling
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Suggest improvements to administrative processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in office administration
- Independent, adaptable, and resourceful
- Good problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with stakeholders
