Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Office Pantry Assistant to support daily office operations on a part-time (half-day) basis. The role is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the pantry and areas, as well as preparing and serving refreshments to employees and visitors.
This role contributes to a clean, organized, and professional workplace environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry, office common areas, and meeting rooms
- Perform general cleaning duties, including wiping surfaces, clearing waste, and housekeeping.
- Prepare serve beverages (e.g. coffee, tea) for staff and visitors
- Assist refreshment setup for meetings and internal events
- Wash maintain pantry items such as cups, utensils, and appliances
- Ensure pantry equipment is clean and in proper working condition
- Monitor pantry supplies and coordinate replenishment when required
- Adhere to workplace safety hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications
- No experience needed
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to start work immediately
