We are currently working with an established organization to hire a Trade Finance Executive professional. This role sits at the intersection of business units and banking partners, ensuring the smooth execution of trade finance processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage trade documentation and support LC-related processes for import and export transactions
- Ensure timely issuance of import LCs and settlement of import bills
- Coordinate closely with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely submission of documents
- Act as a point of contact for bank queries, compliance matters, and discrepancy resolution
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes
- Support ongoing improvements in trade flow processes and internal payment systems
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and payment preparation
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Trade Finance principles, including Letters of Credit, UCP600, and Incoterms
- Open from 1 year experience in this field.
- Experience in handling import/export documentation or banking operations is preferred
- Strong communication and coordination skills when working with both internal teams and external partners
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
