Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of the office premises, including but not limited to all common areas, equipment and meeting rooms.
  • Review contract specifications and make recommendations of upgrading standards.
  • Procure and maintain office systems, furniture, equipment, and appliances.
  • Prepare estimates for repair works, invitations for quotations, recommendations of award, and supervision of completed works
  • Update inventory of office equipment and supplies in the respective tracking systems or applications.
  • Handle all incident/ complaint reports involving public or tenants.
  • Set up meeting rooms according to user requirements.
  • Prepare annual maintenance/expenditure budget

Requirements

  • Degree in Building, Real Estate or Business, preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in property management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently
