Responsibilities:
- You will manage essential administrative tasks and coordinate activity projects.
- Manage doorbell access, EM locks, and lockers.
- Oversee building management, including fire warden duties and monthly rent.
- Handle regular office maintenance (plants, landscaping, water dispensers, plumbing, humidifiers) and monthly utilities.
- Coordinate stationery and pantry supplies.
- Supervise cleaning services and courier arrangements (both local and overseas).
- Manage business cards.
- Organize SG communications and events.
- Arrange event catering.
- Handle access passes for visitors, contractors, new joiners, and exiting employees.
- Provide payment support for office management and local marketing and sales teams.
- Process and release payment orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues promptly.
Requirements:
- min. Diploma in any disciplines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess 2-3 years prior working experience in similar functions
- Meticulous and detail oriented
