Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • You will manage essential administrative tasks and coordinate activity projects.
  • Manage doorbell access, EM locks, and lockers.
  • Oversee building management, including fire warden duties and monthly rent.
  • Handle regular office maintenance (plants, landscaping, water dispensers, plumbing, humidifiers) and monthly utilities.
  • Coordinate stationery and pantry supplies.
  • Supervise cleaning services and courier arrangements (both local and overseas).
  • Manage business cards.
  • Organize SG communications and events.
  • Arrange event catering.
  • Handle access passes for visitors, contractors, new joiners, and exiting employees.
  • Provide payment support for office management and local marketing and sales teams.
  • Process and release payment orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve payment-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • min. Diploma in any disciplines
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess 2-3 years prior working experience in similar functions
  • Meticulous and detail oriented
