Our client is a foremost systematic trading firm with global presence across Europe, America, and Asia-Pacific. Job Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Office Manager to join our client's Singapore office at a point of exciting growth. This is a generalist position well suited for someone eager to wear multiple hats and do whatever it takes to lead the charge for all office operations, whether that be coordinating events, supporting HR admin work, or working closely with other offices on global projects. Ideally you are a forward thinker with a strategic and all hands on deck mindset, who has solid experience managing offices full on from a HFT/ proprietary trading/ tech/ fintech background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with teams across global offices, maintaining strong communication channels and partnerships with various locations and offices to tackle and coordinate business objectives
  • Oversee daily office management duties, ensuring the smooth running of all activities and services, including developing key metrics and analytics for facility needs, and ensuring the seamless management of all facilities
  • Ensure that all office and corporate services operations are in compliance with company processes and policies and provide comprehensive on-site support
  • Manage all office-related projects and vendor relationships across corporate services to ensure timely supply of all equipment and services
  • Initiate corporate and internal company events where needed including catering
  • Streamline HR processes for the Singapore office and on/offboard new joiners and leavers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 5-10 years in an office management role in a financial services firm, with a strong preference for backgrounds in quant trading/ HFT trading/ or investment services
  • Sound sense of business acumen, with the ability to understand and respond to the needs of a fast-paced financial environment, and understand systematic trading processes and workflows
  • Exceptional people skills with strong emotional intelligence and potential to be a culture driver
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across diverse locations globally.
  • Proactive, agile, and dedicated mindset with a strong sense of creativity and initiative - this is a self-starter role where you really have to identify gaps and drive change for a young and growing team
  • Ability to work 5 days from office
