Job Description

Our client is a regional asset management with a stable and strong track record. They are looking for a Office Manager (part-time) and the position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth administrative workflows
  • Liaise with vendors such as office facilities and supplies, workplace logistics etc
  • Assist in travel logistics and booking for the senior management
  • Assist in invoice payment and expense reimbursement
  • Coordinate with other office on internal meeting arrangements eg inhouse training sessions etc
  • Other ad-hoc office administrative duties when necessary

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years of office administration / office manager experience
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Responsible, proactive, multi-tasking, attention to details
  • Good communication skills
